Dream Wagashi
 Workshop Kotoyo

Wagashi are traditional Japanese sweets.
Compared to Western confectionery, they use less seasonings such as fats and oils, spices, and dairy products, and are characterized by the fact that many of them are made primarily from grains such as rice and wheat, beans such as red beans and soybeans, starches such as kudzu starch, and sugar.
